About This Project

This renovation project undertaken by Hinternoosa Builders took a 1970’s holiday home in Noosa Heads and transformed it into a luxurious family home with a new pool, pool house, garage, entrance foyer and master bedroom.

Simple wood cladding juxtaposed with natural stone textures gives the exterior of the dwelling a sophisticated appearance, while glass louvre windows add light and breeze to the interior rooms.

The new pool wraps cleverly around a covered outdoor area, becoming a central feature of the building. Surrounding decking and stonework makes this a great spot to sit and relax.

The opulent main bathroom showcases natural stone surfaces with large louvred windows that maximise the natural backdrop. Combined with ornamental light fittings and bathroom mirrors, the bathroom becomes a showcase of contemporary interior design.
