Commercial Renovation – Dowling & Neylan
The Noosaville office of Dowling & Neylan Real Estate was given a major facelift with new decking added to the front of the building.
The awning and deck built onto the front of the building adds shade and helps keep the reception area of the office cooler in the warm Queensland weather.
A green wall constructed on the side of the office adds a nice touch of greenery and becomes a unique feature of the building.
Large glass windows retained from the original building let large amounts of light penetrate into the office space while keeping the privacy for staff.
Intricate wood detailing was a feature of all the premises, in particular the Hastings Street office, that features natural wood cladding with custom built cabinetry.
Sophisticated wood work takes the Dowling & Neylan branding to a whole new level with this beautifully detailed reception desk.
Large louvre windows take advantage of the adjacent greenery while whitewash floors create a light, contemporary look in the renovation of this Noosa home.
The green wall of the Noosaville office ties in beautifully with the natural wood textures and surrounding garden.
