This 1970’s two storey house in Sunrise Beach, Noosa was given a major renovation by Adrian and the Hinternoosa Building team. Major earthworks and excavation was conducted to fortify the block before a modern extension was built to take advantage of the fabulous ocean views.

The extension to the front of the house gave the home a much-needed modernisation, providing a generous living area that takes advantage of the spectacular ocean views.
The modern kitchen installed in the Sunrise Beach home, features a popular island bench with a waterfall counter top. The light colour palette and natural timber makes this area of the home feel clean, open and light.
Natural woodwork is a major characteristic of the interior of this newly renovated home, with vertical timber slats making a beautiful feature of the internal staircase.
The timber detail on both the stairs up to the top floor and wall are a stunning internal feature of this renovation.
